Over the past few seasons CCSU Baseball has experienced growth and success both on and off the field. Thanks to the loyalty of donors like you we were able to do the following:

  • Raise funds for our spring trip to Florida
  • Aided our coaches in an ever increasingly competitive mid-Atlantic recruiting environment

  • 2017 NEC Conference Champions: 36-20 record
  • Played in NCAA regional at TCU
  • Coach of the Year NEC: Charlie Hickey
  • All New England: Dean Lockery and Ryan Costello
  • All NEC First Team: Dean Lockery, Ryan Costello, Franklin Jennings, Jared Callagher, Mitch Guilmette
  • All NEC Second Team: Mike Appel, Mike Delease, Chris Kanios
In the Community:
  • Pack the Truck Hurricane Relief for Houston, Greater Hartford Alzheimers Walk, Blue Devils Baseball clinic, and Fall cleanup in the community section
In Life:
  • Selected in 2017 MLB Draft: Ryan Costello by the Seattle Mariners
  • Currently playing professional baseball: Casey Brown - Philadelphia Phillies, J.P. Sportman - Oakland Athletics, Connor Fitzsimmons - Los Angeles Angels, Nick Neumann - Miami Marlins, Evan Scribner - Seattle Mariners, and Dominic Severino - Bridgeport Bluefish
